Love God. Love People. Love the Nations

FAQs

  • What kind of church are you?
    • We are a Spirit-led community that worships Jesus together as we journey on mission with God. We are a Pentecostal church, and part of the Church of God based in Cleveland, Tennessee.
  • What do people normally wear?
    • We’re pretty casual here. Most people wear business casual, including jeans and t-shirts. We don’t usually wear formal wear so you can leave the suit and tie at home. But you are welcome to wear whatever you feel is most comfortable.
  • What is the music like?
    • We believe that worship is a wonderful way to enter into the presence of God. We have two worship teams who play a variety of different styles of songs, from new songs to hymns that are hundreds of years old, to songs that are written by our worship leaders.
  • What if I’m not sure about this whole Jesus thing?
    • Have questions? Not sure about Christians or Christianity? Want to know more about Jesus? Everyone has to start somewhere. You’re welcome to check us out no matter where you are on your faith journey. We won’t single you out. Just show up and check us out. We can talk more about any of your questions.
  • Do you have a children and youth program?
    • We are seeking a youth pastor to lead a midweek youth group for teens, and hope to soon offer nursery and children’s church services. Children and teens are welcome in our main services.
  • Do you have a Sunday School program?
    • We meet at 10am in our Jackson Hall for a Bible study and discussion.
  • Are there ways for me to get involved?
    • We encourage all of our members to get involved in any of the ministries they feel drawn to. You can learn more by visiting our Connect page.
  • Are you going to ask me for money?
    • We do have a time set aside to receive offering during the Sunday morning service and everyone is welcome to give if they feel so led. We also share updates of the budget and the offerings given in the bulletin.
